7 REASONS TO VISIT GERMANY
Germany is not the obvious destination for holidays. Unless you've got friends or family here, or going on a business trip, not many people choose to travel to Germany 'voluntary'. But I will hopefully give you a few good reasons why you should add it to your travel bucket list. 1. Rich History: Germany is renowned for its rich history, spanning from ancient Roman times and the medieval era, though people straight away think more about recent historical events like World War

A Coastal Road Trip around Croatia - The Best Places to Visit
Embarking on a road trip through Croatia offers an adventure filled with stunning landscapes, enchanting towns and captivating history. My journey starts around the vibrant towns of Rijeka and Rovinj in the picturesque region of Istria, then ventures past the city of Split, and culminates in the iconic city of Dubrovnik, renowned as the filming location of the legendary Game of Thrones series. RIJEKA The charming city of Rijeka is nestled on the Kvarner Bay. The city centre i

VfB Stuttgart game at Porsche Arena
Photos from my latest visit to a football match at Porsche Arena in Stuttgart. Unfortunately the home team lost 3:1... but let's forget about that minor insignificant detail ;) didn't get to see much of the city on this occasion, but least I ticked off another stadium off my list!

THE 10 OBVIOUS THINGS TO DO IN DUBAI - FIRST TIME TRAVEL TO UAE
Dubai offers a plethora of attractions for those seeking an unforgettable experience - here are some of the main attractions that I think are perfect for a first time visit. 1. Burj Khalifa: start your journey with a visit to this iconic tower, the tallest building in the world. Take a high-speed elevator to the observation deck on the 148th floor and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the cityscape, especially during sunset. 2. Dubai Marina Dinner Cruise: embark on a dinn

30.09.2021 BARCELONA HIGHLIGHTS
Barcelona is one of my fave European get away cities. I love the beach vibes, city center full of energy, great for leisurely biking and also working as a digital nomad. Here are a few highlights from my September 2021 trip in this cool place!

FC BARCELONA STADIUM
Just a few photos from my visit to the FC Barcelona stadium. Barca won and I got to see Messi (from far away, but still counts). Great thing to add onto your 'to do' list when visiting Barcelona :)

A WEEKEND ROAD TRIP TO KOS, GREECE.
I recently embarked on a short but very exciting weekend road trip around the island of Kos. It was my very first time visiting Greece. Armed with a trusty Jeep Wrangler and my usual appetite for discovery, I set out to explore the stunning beaches and hidden gems that this Greek paradise had to offer. First on my itinerary was a visit to the capital city of Kos. Stepping into the bustling streets, I was instantly captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the remnants of ancie

TENNIS CHALLENGE: WEEK 4 & FINAL MATCH
Hmmm.. it's been two weeks since the final match, so I feel better now ;-) I survived the 30 days training (just about), but long story short: I lost the final match. Happens to the best and to be fair, writing about it is a nice closure :) Week 4: I played my usual daily tennis, did a lot of walking on the beach (went south of the island for a few nights) and mostly focused on stretching. Nothing to strenuous. Nevertheless, I didn't have much left for the final match itself.

TENNIS CHALLENGE: WEEK 3
Slightly belated summary of week 3. It was tough. I felt super tired beginning of the week and to be honest, most of the workouts were very forced and I stopped enjoying the full-on schedule I imposed on myself (good news: I'm fine again in week 4, hurrah!) . Mid week I forgot how to play altogether, nothing was going right with the forehand or backhand. Around Day 17 I just wanted to cry and give myself a break BUT I've committed to 30 days, not 18, and I intend to keep it t
