Finding motivation is sometimes hard, even on the best day. You can get distracted by so many things (your honour, I'm guilty, I do sometimes watch to many reels on TikTok too).
I've been a freelancer all my life, so I've learnt how to deal with the low-motivation moments, but..it happens to the best. And it's good to be aware when it's actual tiredness vs simply being way too lazy (a bit of lazy is normal, brain needs a rest!:)
First off all, better to do 5-10min of something, than to nothing. That 5min will make you feel better about yourself (be it gym, work, or anyting else) . If you feel like resting or chilling out...do it, but give something 5min first. That 5min daily can turn into 35min a week ;)
Linked with the above, when you really can't even stand 5min of anything, just sit down, breath and relax. Take time out. Life is short, so professional work - as much as you might love what you do in general - it’s only and just a job. I make time for my close ones, talk to them on Whatsapp or Zoom, go for a nice coffee and pastry, read a book, watch something on TV.
And then slowly ease your way into doing 5min of an activity. Even 5min will introduce a solid, but soothing consistency to your brain and body.
More specifcially on the business ideas: try various things, test one thing, see if it works and if not, try something new. Don’t be afraid to do things differently. Dont be perfect. Better to do something 70% well, than do nothing.
Criticism - consructive yes, listen, think it through. Take it from the people that wish you well. But still, find your way, your own solutions.
There will be a lot of jealous people along the way. Beware.
