#outfitoftheday for the David Hockey exhibition and #throwbackthursday to a sunny May Day in London. I love mixing bright, bold colours with some basics, so expect a lot of 'crazy-casual' on this site. I will openly admit, I used to be a super big fan of Sex and the City, so I tend to wear a lot of things that might seem to grand for the occasion..but then I mix it up with a pair of converse and it's perfect for any time of the day.
I came across this bright blue, in-your-face jacket in one of the charity shops around Chiswick. The clever addition of feathers to what is just a basic ZARA jacket makes it proper haute-couture and much as it was love at first sight, I found it hard to choose the right occasion to actually wear it...but it sooo suits David Hockney paintings and his bold colour palette. I matched it with with the staples of my wardrobe: jeans & white T-shirt. Plus classic Chanel shoes ;)

*WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS SHIT?
JACKET: Cancer Research Chiswick (it's based on a ZARA jacket though!)
